"blissful union"

about anandua

Dorrigo Massage and Dorrigo Yoga have come together as one under a new name: anandua — a word that loosely translates to “the bliss of two” or “blissful union”. What began as two distinct practices has now blossomed into a single sanctuary where therapeutic massage, mindful yoga, and the deep, resonant tones of singing bowls and didgeridoo intertwine.

Here, the familiar comfort of Dorrigo Massage and the grounded flow of Dorrigo Yoga meet the deep vibrational comfort of sound. Expect singing bowls gently woven into savasana, dedicated sound journeys and meditations offered regularly, and the same caring hands and guidance you’ve always trusted — now united in a richer, more complete experience of rest, release, and renewal. We invite you to step into anandua and discover the bliss of this new chapter.

about nick

With over 40 years in IT, Nick has long balanced the precision of technology with a private love of music. The didgeridoo has been part of his life for around 30 years, held with ongoing respect for its cultural roots and the depth it carries.

In recent years, singing bowls have joined that same quiet exploration. At anandua he brings these instruments into sound meditations and yoga savasana, creating simple spaces for rest and listening. He is not a performer seeking the stage — just someone who has found real comfort in sound and is glad to share it.
